Welcome to my online home! I am Jochen Vankerckhoven (but you can just say “Jo”) and I’m a sanctions and export compliance expert for more than a decade.

I help companies with their sanctions and export compliance in three ways:

• As a freelancer: setting up the systems and procedures;

• As advisor: navigating the legal landscape;

• As trainer: creating awareness with gamified workshops.

Given the international context of sanctions and export compliance, I work with companies from different countries. But if you’d like to know: I’m based in Belgium.
